Sattu Paratha


Sattu Paratha is one of the exciting parathas specially served along with chutney/ curd/ sabji, delicious and healthy one should consume this type of paratha along with good amount of salad, so lets move on to prepare sattu patatha.


Ingredients:

For Covering


  1. 3 cups wheat flour

  2. ½ tsp salt

  3. 2 tbsp ghee

For Stuffing



  1. 1½ cup sattu

  2. 4 green chilies finely chopped

  3. 1 onion finely chopped

  4. 1 tsp amchur powde

  5. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  6. Salt, ajwain, red chili powder, dhania-jeera powder, mustard

  7. Saunf

Method:



  • Knead soft dough for covering.

  • Mix all the ingredients in the sattu flour for stuffing.

  • roll out ball of dough into 3-4 inch diameter puri.

  • Fill the mix, close the puri to form a ball and roll it out into paratha.

  • Stir fry in ghee and serve hot.
