Pyaz Paratha

Onion paratha or piyaz paratha is something which you will love to something spicy, great in taste this paratha is served along with sabzi/ curd/ chutney, so lets move on to prepare pyaz paratha....


  1. 1 Cup wheat flour

  2. 1 Chopped Onion

  3. 2 Green chilies

  4. 1 tsp Pomegranate seeds

  5. 1 tbsp ghee

  6. Coriander leaves


  • Mix chopped onion, chilies, pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves thoroughly.

  • Add flour to the mixture and make soft dough.

  • Roll out equal balls out of the dough and make rotis.

  • Place the roti on heated tawa and add ghee on both the sides.

  • Cook it till it turns brown and serve it with green chutney
